Would you be interested in learning a rare skill? Are you a cheese lover? Then, Say Cheese! Join At Home with ECA and learn how to make cheese. Cheese is one of those foods that can be paired with anything, added to anything, cooked with almost anything and it is always delicious and satisfying. Cheese is without its health benefits too, It's a great source of calcium, fat, and protein (in moderation). It also contains high amounts of vitamins A and B-12, along with zinc, phosphorus, and riboflavin. Join us and learn more about the history, the health benefits, and the science behind making cheese at home.

This workshop is part of the 2022 "At Home with ECA" series, brought to you by a collaboration of Cooperative Extension Agents. This series will feature a new topic each month related to Family and Consumer Sciences.

The Extension Community Association is a volunteer group with the purpose to empower individuals and families to improve their quality of living through continuing education, leadership development, and community service. In this series, you will have the opportunity to learn new topics and meet other members of the community.

These courses are offered at no cost to participants.

Can I attend if I don't live in one of the listed counties? 

Yes, everyone is welcome to join via Zoom.

What if I cannot attend a live session? 

Please register anyway. Each month a recording of the session and materials will be sent out for participants who weren't able to join.
