Grilling season is in full swing. Join us to learn how to make Chicken & Vegetable Kabobs that can go into the freezer for later - and then from the freezer straight to the grill! During our preparation process, we will discuss time-saving knife skills and basic food safety. Observational viewing is welcome; however, should you like to follow along in your own kitchen, you may find the ingredient and equipment list below:

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast

2 tablespoons lime juice

3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1 medium red onion

1 medium red bell pepper

1 medium zucchini

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

EQUIPMENT

16 (9- to 10-inch) skewers, soaked in water if wooden

Measuring spoons

Chef's knife

Cutting board

Mixing bowl

Gallon freezer bags

Optional: Baking sheet, Parchment, Aluminum foil
