4-H GE Next Engineers Event
"GE Aerospace is a world-leading provider of jet and turboprop engines, as well as integrated systems for commercial, military, business, and general aviation aircraft" (geaerospace.com). The GE Next Engineers program has graciously partnered with Ashe 4-H to provide opportunities to county youth at no cost.
During the event on June 10th participants will have the opportunity to participate in engaging activities that utilize the Engineering Design Process. Light refreshments will also be provided. Attendees must be 10-18 years old as of January 1st, 2026, and parents should plan to stay during the evening activities. This will be an engaging opportunity that young people won't want to miss, especially if they are interested in science, technology, and engineering. We hope to see you there!
All participants must register by June 3, 2026.
