The Ashe County Empowering Youth & Families Program has transitioned to face-to-face programming this spring! We have made this decision based on guidelines from the Governor and North Carolina State University that have increased the number of participants that can be in the same room. The program will contain the same information as it would have in a virtual setting, but we will be able to interact without families being behind our computer screens.

Our start date will be pushed back until Thursday, April 1, 2021, at 6 p.m. at the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Ashe County office. Social distancing and mask guidelines will still be in place, but families can sit together without sitting six feet apart. Meals will still be provided for families to take home with them after the meeting.
